Unlock revenue from shoppers your email platform can't see
Re-Engage™ reconnects your store with returning shoppers that Klaviyo has lost sight of — turning invisible abandoned carts, product views, and checkouts back into revenue through your existing email flows.
What is AirRobe Re-Engage™?
AirRobe Re-Engage™ is a fashion-tech revenue recovery tool that reconnects your store with shoppers who've gone dark. When returning visitors browse your site but your email platform no longer recognises them, Re-Engage bridges the gap — identifying who they are and triggering the right abandonment email to bring them back to purchase.
The result: more of your carefully crafted email flows actually reach the people they're designed for, and revenue that would have slipped through the cracks is recovered automatically.
Key principle: Re-Engage only activates when Klaviyo can't. Your existing Klaviyo flows always take priority — we never send duplicate messages, only incremental ones that would otherwise be lost.

The Problem Re-Engage Solves
Most ecommerce stores lose track of the majority of their website visitors. Klaviyo and Shopify rely on browser cookies to recognise returning shoppers — but cookies expire quickly (especially on Safari/iOS, where they last just 7 days), and shoppers frequently switch devices or clear their browsing data.
This means your carefully built abandonment flows — cart abandonment, browse abandonment, checkout started — only fire for a fraction of the shoppers who actually trigger them. The rest are invisible to your email platform, and the revenue is lost.
Without Re-Engage
Klaviyo identifies ~25–30% of site visitors
Cookies expire after 7 days on Safari/iOS
Cross-device shoppers become anonymous
Abandonment flows only trigger for known visitors
Significant revenue left on the table
With Re-Engage
Identify 50–60%+ of site visitors
Persistent tracking beyond cookie expiry
Cross-device and cross-browser recognition
Abandonment flows fire for recovered visitors
Incremental revenue captured automatically
How Re-Engage Works
Re-Engage uses proprietary recognition technology that goes beyond traditional cookie-based tracking. By combining multiple identification signals, it can recognise returning shoppers even after their cookies have expired, they've switched devices, or browser privacy settings have wiped their session data.
1
Shopper Visits
An opted-in shopper browses your site, views products, adds to cart, or starts checkout.
→
2
Identity Check
Re-Engage checks if Klaviyo can identify this visitor. If yes, Re-Engage stays silent.
→
3
Re-Engage Activates
If Klaviyo can't identify them, Re-Engage recognises the shopper using its identity graph.
→
4
Flow Triggered
The corresponding abandonment email is sent via your mirrored Klaviyo flow, recovering the sale.
Important: Re-Engage only identifies shoppers who have previously opted in to receive email marketing from your store. We never identify or send emails to shoppers who haven't consented — ensuring full compliance with privacy regulations.
Re-Engage Flows
Re-Engage works alongside your existing Klaviyo email setup without disrupting it. We create mirror versions of your abandonment flows with built-in safeguards — time delays and smart filters — so there's never any overlap or double-sending.

Custom Flows
Any additional abandonment flows you run in Klaviyo can be mirrored for Re-Engage coverage.
How duplicate emails are prevented
Smart filters are applied to both your original Klaviyo flows and the Re-Engage mirror flows. When Klaviyo already recognises a shopper, Re-Engage stays inactive. This means Re-Engage emails are purely additive — they only go to shoppers who would otherwise receive nothing.
How Re-Engage Attributes Revenue
We believe your source of truth should be your email platform, not ours. That's why Re-Engage doesn't run its own attribution model. All revenue reporting is drawn directly from your Klaviyo account, so the numbers you see in our dashboard match exactly what Klaviyo reports — no discrepancies, no reconciliation needed.
This means you can trust the data from day one, and your team doesn't have to learn a new reporting system.
Klaviyo's Attribution Model
Re-Engage flows use the same attribution rules as your existing Klaviyo emails. Klaviyo uses a last-click model with configurable tracking windows for each channel:
📊
Default Attribution Windows
Channel
Window
How it works
Email
5-day open or click
If a customer purchases within 5 days of opening or clicking an email, and it was the last marketing message they engaged with, the sale is credited to that email.
SMS
24-hour click
If a customer buys within 24 hours of clicking an SMS, and it was the last marketing touchpoint they clicked, the purchase is attributed to that SMS.
Note: Every business is unique, so Klaviyo's default attribution windows should be aligned with your customer behaviour. You can customise these windows within your Klaviyo settings to match your business needs.
How a Re-Engage conversion is attributed
When a shopper who was recovered by Re-Engage opens or clicks an abandonment email and then makes a purchase within the attribution window, that sale is credited to the Re-Engage flow in Klaviyo. The key point: without Re-Engage, that shopper wouldn't have received any email at all, because Klaviyo couldn't see them.
Your Re-Engage Analytics Dashboard
Once you're live, you get access to a dedicated dashboard built specifically for your store. It pulls performance data from your connected Klaviyo account and gives you a clear picture of the revenue Re-Engage is recovering for you.

Klaviyo Integration
Re-Engage works seamlessly alongside your existing Klaviyo setup. Here's what happens when you integrate:
How Re-Engage integrates with Klaviyo
1. Your existing flows are untouched. Re-Engage mirrors your abandonment flows and adds filters and time delays to ensure zero overlap.
2. Data stays in Klaviyo. All customer data, profiles, and email activity lives in your Klaviyo account. Re-Engage enriches your Klaviyo data — it doesn't move it elsewhere.
3. Revenue is reported in Klaviyo. Since the emails are sent through Klaviyo, all revenue is attributed using Klaviyo's own model — no separate attribution layer to reconcile.
4. New profiles are added to Klaviyo. When Re-Engage identifies shoppers that Klaviyo has lost track of, their profiles are reactivated in Klaviyo — growing your engaged audience over time.
What metrics does Re-Engage send to Klaviyo?
Re-Engage sends standard Klaviyo event metrics for the shoppers it identifies, including Viewed Product, Added to Cart, Started Checkout, and Cart Viewed. These metrics trigger the corresponding Re-Engage flows in Klaviyo.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Re-Engage identify shoppers that Klaviyo can't?
Re-Engage uses proprietary recognition technology that works beyond traditional cookie tracking. It can identify returning shoppers even after cookies expire, across different devices and browsers, and through Apple's privacy restrictions on Safari and iOS. Importantly, it only ever identifies shoppers who have previously opted in to your marketing.
Will Re-Engage send duplicate emails to my customers?
No. Smart filters are built into both your existing Klaviyo flows and the Re-Engage mirror flows. If Klaviyo already recognises a shopper, Re-Engage stays silent. Your customers will only ever receive one set of messages — Re-Engage emails are strictly additive, never duplicative.
Once you capture the customer data from Klaviyo, how is it presented back to us?
Everything stays within Klaviyo. Re-Engage enriches your existing Klaviyo data by reactivating profiles that Klaviyo has lost track of. Revenue from Re-Engage flows shows up directly in your Klaviyo analytics, and you also get a dedicated Re-Engage Analytics dashboard showing your revenue uplift, ROI, identification rates, projected revenue, and individual flow performance.
Does Re-Engage impact my email deliverability?
Re-Engage only sends emails to shoppers who have previously opted in to receive marketing from your store. Because these are engaged, opted-in shoppers who are actively browsing your site, engagement rates (opens and clicks) are typically strong, which supports healthy deliverability.
How do I measure the revenue generated by Re-Engage?
Two ways: (1) Your Re-Engage Analytics dashboard shows your total revenue uplift, ROI, and flow-level performance. (2) You can also create an "AirRobe Re-Engage" dashboard within Klaviyo under Analytics → Dashboards, selecting your Re-Engage flows with the "Placed Order" conversion metric.
How do I know that shoppers converting through Re-Engage wouldn't have converted anyway?
Re-Engage only triggers emails for shoppers that Klaviyo cannot identify. Without Re-Engage, these shoppers would not have received any abandonment email. We can also conduct A/B holdback tests for qualifying merchants to demonstrate the incremental revenue uplift with statistical significance.
Does Re-Engage impact website speed or performance?
No. The Re-Engage pixel loads asynchronously and has negligible impact on page load times. It's designed to work silently in the background without affecting the shopper experience.
How does Re-Engage compare to other identity resolution tools?
Re-Engage delivers the same core shopper recovery capabilities as other tools in this space, with the added advantage of being purpose-built for fashion and lifestyle brands. Our team understands the nuances of fashion ecommerce — from seasonal sales cycles to collection drops — and provides hands-on support throughout.
